Cong. Dino Yulo

Hon. Emilio Bernardino L. Yulo, or Dino Yulo; a passionate advocate and revered public figure, was born on May 20, 1963 in Bacolod City. Early on, his innate curiosity and commitment to community service set the stage for a remarkable journey. He pursued higher education with unwavering dedication, ultimately earning his Juris Doctor Degree from University of St. La Salle, a testament to his thirst for knowledge and commitment to justice he was part of the pioneer batch of the Juris Doctor program.

In addition to his legal pursuits, Emilio Yulo also distinguished himself as a devoted public servant. His dedication to improving the lives of his constituents in District 5 of Negros Occidental, is evident through his numerous contributions and initiatives, aimed at creating a more prosperous and equitable community. Cong.
